This is probably the best pet sitting you could have in all North County. My cat was really having a hard time with us gone and had stopped eating, which is scary, but the pet sitter (Heather!) noticed right away and hid some treats in his bowl - that did the trick! They also will do things like litter box changing, plant watering, and taking in your mail. These people really care about animals and understand how to take care of them. They're like pet experts.
At the risk of being redundant with all the other glowing reviews, Scott and his team are the very best. Accommodating beyond belief and a genuine love for animals. When SDPC is on call, you don't have to worry about a thing! I'd give 6 stars if Yelp would let me...
Scott and Christine have both taken care of Leilani for me while on trips. They do a fantastic job! They stay longer than the stated 30 minutes and send me multiple pictures every day. I trust them completely and know my fur baby is in good hands!
We are so glad we found this group! Scott and his crew of dog walkers and caregivers are extremely professional and completely dedicated to providing top-notch care. SD Pet Concierge provided overnight care and daytime dog-walking/playtime for our golden doodle puppy twice. Both times, we couldn't have been happier with SD's service.
Scott and his team were very professional from the initial contact through the pet sitting of our cat Mustache. Melissa who looked after him, came to visit every day over a 3-week period. She provided text updates with his well-being, photos and videos. You could tell when we returned home, that he had been very well looked after and loved.
Scott and Christine tag-teamed to take care of my two cats during two lengthy trips, and were great. My cats loved them and I was happy knowing they were getting great care and that all the other vacation tasks were being handled professionally. I think my cats may like them better than me! Scott is amazing. I've used Rover and other iterations of that service, and Scott blows them out of the water. I've never met someone more dedicated to providing quality service and care for my dog. Truly, Scott treats my nutso German Short Haired Pointer Eloise as a member of his extended dog family. His walkers and caregivers do an excellent job with her.
